Please Help Me Get My Son Back in California?

Does anyone know how I can get my son back if a court has given him to his Grandmother and then a second cousin? I had a DUI with my son in the car 5 years ago. I quit drinking 3/25/04. I cannot afford an attorney and am getting nowhere fast in getting my son back. What should I do now? I have a court date 9/4/08.

  2. What requirements did they set for you to get your son back? Whatever they are, have proof of them for court.
