Please Help Me I am not sure what just happened?

I just rang my lover in austria on his austrian mobile with the 0443 knock off the 0 on his mobile number code, so i typed in 00443664 ------- and then nothing happened for like 5 seconds then a 2 second beep came on then soulja boy started playing and that went on for like 10 seconds and then i put the phone down

what just happened?

i really need to reach him

This does sound like voicemail to me, have you redialed, double cheaking the number?

If not you can ask the international operator for help, don't ask them to connect the call as that's very expensive!

some people use songs instead of the normal "please leave a message" did you just reach his answerphone?

sounds like you just reached his voice mail, he may have that songs as a voice mail intro, just keep trying to reach him, orcallhiscell company and tel them what happenend they can see if his phone is bad or not
