  1. mycraftbook.com

  2. Make chocolate lollipops, All you have to do is melt chocolate chips and pour it into molds (which can be found at most kitchen supply stores) Have kids decorate them with Various sprinkles and candy.

  3. Build candy bar factories out of legos and tell the kids to cover it with chocolate!

  4. how about they use choco syrup as fingerpaint and draw a scene from the movie? then they could l**k their fingers afterward.

  5. A bar of chocolate on a plate, a pair of gloves and a knife and fork are put onto the floor.  The children sit in a circle around these things and in turn throw a die.  When a child throws a 3 or a six  he runs to the plate, puts on the gloves and starts to cut off a square of chocolate with the knife and fork.  The throwing of the die continues around the circle.  It is surprising how comical and frustrating this can be, as more often than not, the required no. is thrown again before the previous successful thrower has even managed to get the gloves on, let alone started on eating the chocolate !!

  6. Hire a chocolate fountain and have fun.

  7. Get some chocolate fountains for decor and melt a load of chocolate and if you dont mind mess do choclate bobbing! like put something like apples even in a big bowl of melted chocolate! make rice krispie choco cakes with them, have a chocolate treasure hunt, gotta be careful not to do too much chocolate actvities though they will be sick lol maybe find the golden ticket hunt????? And the winner gets a big bar to take home or even a toy??

  8. chocolate rice crispy cakes. Erm...chocolate cake. Melt some chocolate and put it in a nice shaped thingy to make a new shape from it. Chocolate fudge. Something chocolate related... or you can do something healthier. Like give them a task to invent their own chocolate (not in real life, on paper) and draw up their packaging etc and basically present their ideas... or something like that.

    I'm hungry now.

  9. take like Hersey's or something kids like to school and to teacher to bribe them and get an A+++++++

  10. Melt chocolate pieces and pour them into cool shaped molds to harden

  11. You can hide chocolate candy around the classroom and each people can start looking for them. Or get some candy things like marshmellows and things like that to create a mineture vision of how they think they inside looks like. Or they can build a building and eat it afterwards.  :)

  12. You can petend to be taking a tour of the factory it always works with my kids at daycare. Always have candy with you like:

    gumballs

    chocalate

    gummy worms

    other candy works 2

  13. Rice crispy cakes?

  14. I suggest throwing the fattest one in a chocolate river.

'He'll be made into marshamallows in five seconds!'

'My good lady, thats impossible, absurd!'

    'Why?'

'Because that pipe doesn't go to the marshmallow room, it goes to the fudge room!'

  15. 'invent' their own chocolate recipe & try it out

    design their own chocolate wrapper

coat other sweets with chocolate to see how they taste

see if they can make a list of chocolate bars/sweets  - one for each letter of the alphabet

maths activities like giving them x number of chocolate buttons, eat a given number, how many left etc

    top plain biscuits with chocolate

check out Cadbury's website for other ideas?

  16. Read a book on how chocolate is made, then make some with the class.   Also, the book/movie is set in England.  So maybe learn a little about that.  Also, the different characters are from different places around the world.  Do an activity about those countries and then have a piece of candy that is native to that country.

  17. 1.Dip pretzel rods into melted chocolate and have different sprinkles, M&M's, chocolate chips etc... to then dip the rods into. Easy and little mess. ( do at the at the end of lesson)

    2. I would also have the kids watch both movies and compare the similarities and diffences between them.

3.Then make a bulliten board with a seene from the movie.. 4.You could also graph the childrens favorite candy bars.

5.Cover their eyes and have a tasting contest and incorporate the five senses into the lesson... smell, touch, taste etc..

6.sort m&m's by color or size

Wow you got me on a roll!!

  18. Art - Make candy bar wrappers out of cereal boxes and paper,

Math - measurements while making rice crispy treats

Science - sensory table with Flour and cinniman inside with paper candies to match hidden in the flour

    I hope these ideas help!

  19. hire a chocolate fountain and have fun
