  1. Try taking a warm bath that may ease the muscles.  Also take some ibprophen.  Drink some water sometimes if your dehidrated your muscles can hurt.  Any idea why it may be hurting?

  2. I take pain reliever when I have cramps,...I think that should work for back aches as well. Hope you feel better!

  3. When I was a young woman all we could take was tylenol, 2 of them.

Do not take aspirin or anything with aspirin because of a condition called Reyes syndrome.  Depends on your age.  In your teens and under not a good idea.

  4. Ice it first, then heat it with a nice, hot shower.

  5. Take 600 mg of Ibuprofen. If you have a heating pad, use it. If not take the medication and take a nice hot bath.

  6. try advil(ibuprofen) or aleve

they work great for any kind of ache, especially those associated with menstruation

just like you can get cramps in the front

you can get cramps on your back!

  9. I agree with all others....just remember not to take Aspirin, it will

cause you to have a HEAVY flow.

A heating pad on your back should help. If you take a hot shower

your flow may get heavy as well. Get plenty of rest and beware of any other symptoms. Example: If you have problems urinating seek medical attention.
