Please Help Me?How long is too long for my baby to?

go without a bottle while he is sleeping. He sleeps any where from 8 to 10 hours. He is 4 months old will be 5 months aug. 26 he has gone 12 hours with out a bottle is this safe or do I need to wake him up and feed him after a set amount of time.He did not sleep 12 hours but was awake for 2 then fell asleep and slept 10 hours. Is this normal and is it safe.

You do realise you have made just about every parent on the planet green with envy :) In answer to your question, I too had a baby that slept a lot of the time this went on until he was nearly 13 months old. I was so worried about his long sleeping habits I took him to the doctor (about 4months same as yours) The doctor laughed at me and said to me what I have just told you (parent envy) be grateful and enjoy. He is now a strapping 6'3" 25 year old.

That is absolutely normal!! Your baby will wake up when he is hungry and you don't need to worry about waking him up.

My daughter was sleeping 10 hours a night when she was 2 months old. Trust me, they make up for those missed feedings during the day. Just be happy that you're getting sleep!
