Please Help People Check This Question?

OK, I have the game GTA 4 and I bought a wireless steering wheel, and it said it was for car racing games but I bought it anyway because I thought it would work. When I opened it, I saw that there was no joystick! (If you want to see the picture, go to google images and type ps3 wireless steering wheel. The picture is the one on the fourth page, first column, third picture). Can I add a joystick to it or synchronize the controller with the steering wheel or anything else that could help me play with my steering wheel?

P.S

I bought it in a country I don't usually go to so I don't think I have enough time to refund it.

Yea for some reason I bought that same controller to play Madden 09 and it's not working...PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

um the steering wheel is for driving games becuz thats all u use but for gta u need that and a controller there is nothing u can do
