  1. 30 minutes is not a big deal according to TCOYF, if it's an hour or more either way, or you don't have atleast 3 consecutive hours of sleep that's when it can be off.

  2. If you are charting your temp. You want to take you temp at the same time everyday.... If your 15 mins off your ok.. But as time goes on or gets shorter you temperature DOES change and makes it a little harder to pinpoint ovulation. When charting your temps you are looking for a pattern overall not just one days temp...

check out fertilityfriend.com Online tracker and ALOT of people who know what to do..

    Good luck

  3. I've been charting for 22 cycles now, and 30 minutes here and there will make NO difference to my pattern. A change in the weather is more likely to make my BBT do something strange than the occasional 30 minutes.

FF.com adds 0.2 farenheit for every hour you wake up later than your normal time. So if you want to, you could add 0.1f if it was 30 minutes later or subtract if it was earlier. Personally, I'd leave it as it is, and simply make a note of that info in the comments box so you can remember later what happened.
