Please Help ( Zip Files)?

Question

My computer says it has a file extension (zip) that it doesnt recognize and its unable to play it. and that the player might not support the file type or the codec used to compress the file .... Its important I access these files .... Ive tried numerous diffrent players to open the files .... Does anyone know what I can do to open these ? Thanks

get winzip minimum 8.

Zip files are compressed files in a folder, You need to download Winzip and extract the files to your desktop or other destination. Then you will be able to retrieve to file you want (click the link to download)
