Please Help me and my boyfriend are having issues!!!?

Hi ok so a little while ago my ex contacted me and said i would like to have coffee, so i told my boyfriend and anyway i went to coffee it was nice we talked and laughed. Anyway i started being friends with him, like we were before we dated, my ex got jealous so i tried to reassure him nothing is going on but he dont believe me. And like if he cant trust me? what is there? Anyway background we and my boy have been together bout 2.5 years and live together... Please help what can i say to make him believe me this guy is a friend and what could i do.

Sometimes, an ex- who can't get over you can be quite flattering. Versus someone who says "I tell you it's over!" But you have a boyfriend, so let go of the ex-. Unless he's the one you love.

Who wouldnt be jealous if your hanging out with your ex in such a friendly manner. It may come down to you having to choose between your current boyfriend of being friends with your ex. If i was you i would just stop being so friendly with your ex and reassure your boyfriend that theres nothing going on.

well first of all what would you do if his ex wanted to be "friends".You would probably get kinda jealous to.I know i would especially if it were an ex.You just have to think whats more important to you a friendship with ur ex or a relationship with ur b/f.And let me tell you that if sumone in a relationship is jealous it only causes problems.

jealousy is ugly and does not really exist in a strong relationship.

Unfortunately for you, you are stuck with someone who does not trust.

you cannot change that fact, they have to change their outlook themselves.  some people cannot get past jealousy and that is sad.

Well I disliked one of my girlfriends friends, and one day I went to a party with my girlfriend. After the party we all went into town drinking and had a great night. I don't mind him now, I also don't mind my girlfriend going to see him now.

So yeah try some kind of social gathering and try to get them to know each other. He probs doesn't trust you because he doesn't know the person that well enough to trust them!

i dont want u to think im juding ur decision, but if it was me i wouldnt have met up with my ex.

You just dont do stuff like that, ya know.

I mean i wouldnt like it if my bf was meeting up with his ex, someone who he used to totally adore, and uhhhh sleep with!

Its jus weird, and even if ur bf isnt usually the jealous type, i cant blame him now.

You will push him away if you carry on.

Tell him your sorry, and stope seeing the ex. They are ex's for a reason.
