I think call of the haunted is banned, I would replace it with Mirror force or Torrential tribute.

you need more traps because all frog are week so lets make a 2 sakuretsu then wait the new light of destruction  they are like 3 frog powerfull

Not bad.  You might want to play original Umi though if you want to use the frogs because for Des Frog to activate he has to be tribute summoned and legendary ocean would make him level 4.
