Please Help me get a motocross bike!!

Question

My Dad and Mum are dead against me getting one because they say that they are way to dangerous.

I have tried for weeks to convince them what shall i say to convince them.

Please help if someone has every been in situation before you will know how annoying it is, i was think of leaving it and then try to get one for christmas and say, that the only thing i want is a 85CC Motocross bike!!

Any way what shall i say or do?

Prove to them you're gron up enough to own one.

For starters, dont ask them to pay for it. Get a part time job and buy the bike yourself.

Ask them just to buy the saftey kit.

Dont forget you will need somewhere to store this bike.

Drag them out to a local race. Let them see first hand that it is a family oriented sport. Let them talk to parents that DO let their kids ride. Get them on a motorcycle related forum specific to parents/kids. GET THEM TO AN EVENT. Research cross country racing, get them to one, they are much safer and just as fun as mx. good luck
