Please Help to build one page in my website which will be having form for the users ?

Hi I want to build a website, In the web pages i want to create form where people can insert their comment with their email id and name. Im trying to build a website with free hosting provider which allows to access php mysql etc. Can any body help me how actually the form in a webpage works. If some body hits the submit button actually where it stores that data.. actually i dont have proper knowledge abt the programming. I dont want to pay any thing bec im going to build a one page site where there will be one form when the user clicks enter it should save in some data base.. so please help.... thanks a ton....

PHP and MySQL databases require some knowledge. You're going to have a tough time, I can tell you now. Take a look at something called 'Joomla' or 'phpNuke' for starters.
