Please How to make some mods for Grand Theft Auto San Andreas?

i wonder how people make car mods for gta sa i really want to make my own cars and i ever found a raptor jet for gta sa so i want to make one myself

and i want to make more mods and upload them to gta garage

i think you have to do some missions and one of them you can customize your car and if you complete the mission you can customize any car you want in the garage

It's not very easy through collective research you need a 3D Model Creator

perhaps an easier/complex one and you will have to find a software that will split ur model into 2 adaptable and compatible files with GTA if the Model Creator Software doesn't do it. Also if the car graphics are up-to-date and and beyond you're GTA version you can crash it. the same happened to me now the only way to play my GTA is for Reboot Configuration where the computer, memory and etc. act totally new, it hurts ur ram that's why upgrading every few years helps. The process is long and there is no easier procedure trust me I would know so when ur gonna make a car make sure its smaller then the car you replace if not the same size structure and make sure the car's abilities is greater if not the same than the original GTA car u replace doors is a primary ability so is hydraulics so if ur replacing a bf injection make sure there is no doors on your car and CJ hops in literally. I'll give it to u short If the car ur replacing has hydraulics and doors your created car must be the same  and lambo doors count are primary doors.
