  3. 7 km/h² means the vehicle accelerates by 7 km/hr every hour, or 3600 seconds.

    7 km/hr² * 1 hr/3600 s = 0.00194 km/hr/s

    I understand your confusion. I never saw acceleration expressed in km/hr² and had to think a while :-o)
