Please I Need To Improve ON My Stamina!?

I play soccer, and i'm not very good with stamina, mostly because im inside alot finishing homework. my coaches takes me out, and as you might know defense is the second hardest if you have a sloppy team to be in using stamina, you need alot of it.

I am wondering How i can build up my stamina and how i can build up my control over the ball, and first touches. thanks for any help =D

  1. try running longer and harder and try pushing yourself to the limits each time.

You need to do intervals - and keep those legs running!  Start doing sprints around the soccer field - jog and sprint say 50 meters each.  If you need more to recover - please do.  Also since you play soccer - *** the ball in the intervals - use pylons and go through obstacle courses! Use the whole field while practicing and pretend your playing in a game with competitors around you!
