I play soccer, and i'm not very good with stamina, mostly because im inside alot finishing homework. my coaches takes me out, and as you might know defense is the second hardest if you have a sloppy team to be in using stamina, you need alot of it.
I am wondering How i can build up my stamina and how i can build up my control over the ball, and first touches. thanks for any help =D
