Okay, I am REALLY mad right now! My coach just asked two players on my junior high team to bench with the vj and varsity at their next tournement!!!And I'm mad because me and my best friend are every bit as good as them, maybe even a bit better.I really want to be able to jump really high(I'm kinda short)for spikes and do an overhand serve because even they can't do that.So I was wondering if anybody could think of a training schedule for me to get stronger legs and arms.Their tournement is in a month or two so I need answers fast! Please and thank you!

  1. I could easily do this for you.  If you are serious email me at kevinsayers22@yahoo.com.  I am studying to be a personal trainer.

  2. Do box jumps. Find a steady surface you can jump up on that is about mid-thigh or waist high. Jump onto the surface 15 times, rest for a minute, jump 15x, rest for 1 min, jump 15x. This will build your muscles that help you jump.

To work on your overhand, practice it over and over again. The best way to build specific strength in what you are trying to achieve is to actually do what you are trying to achieve. Do it over and over again. Good luck!

  3. Just concentrate and find the answer your self.

    Good luck

  4. just lift weights for ur arms and for ur legs ...idk maybe do some squadding?? i dont really know try youtube workout vis for arms and legs

  5. put a weigh belly sand bag or some sort to your bottom legs and star playing and all the jumping after your system get use to it take it off and you shall gain more height in terms of jumping
