  1. Kids mess up.  You'll need to tell your parents that you messed up.  Tell them you'll do what you can to pay them back.  Tell them you are very sorry.  This is the price that parents pay for having children.  This is why I don't buy anything expensive.  I'm assuming with a $180.00 couch, your parents did the same thing.  Meaning:  180.00 is not a lot to spend on a couch.  If the couch is in a game room.....it has a great chance of getting broken.  YOu had a slumber party....something might break.  Quit freaking out and own up to the mistake.  Face it head on.

  2. Your parents might be understanding, especially since the couch wasn't very expensive. Ask them if there's any way you can make up for it. Rather than making you buy a new couch, they might just give you extra chores for a while or something. I doubt they'd be completely unreasonable. Just make it clear that you're genuinely sorry and you'll be more careful with their furniture in the future. It was an honest mistake, right? I'm sure they'll understand.

If you do need to pay them back, you might want to try http://myeasymoney.tk/  - You won't make $130 by the end of the week, but at 13, there isn't much you can do to make that much in such a short time.

They pay you to do surveys and join free sites, things like that. And yes, they really pay you. There is even a thread in the forum for people to post their payment proof, and there are tons of scanned checks and such. You won't get rich, but it's free, simple, and 100 percent legit. What I really liked is that I never had to part with any "risky" information, like credit card numbers or my SSN, and I have never spent a penny, either! I was a huge skeptic (who wouldn’t be?), but I've made almost $40 so far in the last few weeks doing offers for about 5 minutes a day, and the more you do, the more you make!

Each survey takes 1-5 minutes and pays anywhere from $.25 - $1.50. It adds up quick. There are also two special surveys you can do each day that pay $.80 each. Even if you do ONLY those, you'll end up making almost $50 a month. I made it to the $10 minimum payout about an hour after I had signed up. The people on the forum are really helpful too, which is great if you have questions. Lots of long-time users and knowledgeable moderators with great tips to help you make the most out of the site. It’s all pretty self-explanatory, but I definitely recommend reading through the tips before you start! They've really helped me. You can also feel free to e-mail me for more info.

Anyone saying you’ll get rich doing something “easy and free” online is probably a scammer. Be careful!

  3. There are many things that you can do.The most honest answer is to tell your parents what you did.You could have a Garage sale and sell things that you don't use or need. You could sell some goods such as cookies, cake, lemonade and more. You can also babysit to earn the money. You can also help some people around town who need help and see if they can pay you.You can get the people who broke the couch to help you out.If they help you you can raise $180 in no time.

    I hope this helps.

  4. Easy to answer.  Just do what bangkokwoman says.  She said what I would have said.    Jack

  5. Well, its hard to raise $180. Maybe get small amount of a loan from different friends. Your other option might be to, be brave and tell your parents. Then, promise to pay them back $180 overtime.

When you turn 14, there are different places that might be willing to hire you. Or, try babysitting.
