okay. So im sexually active and last had s*x about a month ago. About a week ago I shaved down there and had some razor burn.. I also had a small red bump down there below the razor burn that I couldnt tell was razor burn or what.. It seems to be getting smaller but I cant really tell... I was looking today and I noticed under my labia (flaps) that when I stretch it out where its flat.. well you know one flap at a time.. that there are small flesh colored bumps under there... when you stretch it out far enough they look a little white but I couldn't tell... Also, it burns when I pee and sometimes it burns after.. and sometimes it feels like I have to pee all the time.. Also, it kind of hurts down there sometimes.. not like a certain place just all around like its coming from the inside... And Only for like a second.. It really scares me.. and i planned on going to get checked.. but what do you think this is?

Okay. Okay. I Kinda Figured It Sounded Like An Std. Thats Why Im Asking. I Wanna Know What Kind Of Std.

Can you tell me what it sounds like I have.. and what the bumps are. Please.!

  1. You should probably have s*x with someone else (a few people actually), and if you get a nasty phone call about herpes or HIV or whatever else you most likely have, go to WebMD.com and look up your symptoms and don't **** anyone for at least half an hour so that the herpes/HIV can run its course then it should be safe to "get it on" again.

    w***e

  2. it sounds like you just have a bladder or yeast infection

  3. The bumps can just be from shaving.  The purpose of public hair is to protect the v****a.  Without that protection, it could just be irritated.  Sexual activity also cause irritation sometimes, almost like rug burn (but not from a rug, lol).  Also, especially when sexually active, it is not unusual to get a urinary tract infection.

Worst case scenario, you do have an STD.  However, it is entirely possible that it could be what I describe above.  I hope that makes you relax a little.  Obviously, you need to be seen by a doctor, but it doesn't automatically mean you have an STD.  Lots of other stuff can go wrong down there that have nothing to do with s*x.

Regardless, please wear a condom EVERY time you have s*x.

  4. It could be an ingrown hair or maybe herpes.  In order to test for herpes you need to have an outbreak, so now is the time to get tested before it goes away.  The doctor will do a culture (take liquid out of the bump) and send it to the lab for testing.  Good Luck, hopefully it is just an ingrown hair from shaving.

  5. Everyone's v****a is different.  It doesn't sound like an STD to me, but rather a simple Unrinary Tract Infection.  Go to the doctor (even the one in the Walgreens) and get some antibiotics for the burning and pain.  It really doesn't sound like anything serious.

  6. If you cut yourself when you shaved, sometimes when you pee it can burn because it's an open wound, and if you didn't treat it, it can get infected, I would suggest until you go get checked maybe use neosporin.

  7. warts?

  8. hi-

i definitely think that you may have a bladder or kidney infection. due to the painful urination.

as far as the bumps go yeah they could be herpes but it can also be a form of the HPV virus. the HPV virus is a lot more common then you think. but i would def make an appt with your OBGYN. or family doctor.

    good luck with everything

  9. well most bumps in that region are ascribed to genital herpes...but a doctor would have to see them to diagnose you...as for the burning with urination, that is a bladder infection, not an std, but you still need antibiotics for it, and you need to talk to the doctor about how to prevent them now that you are sexually active.

  10. Honey it can be chlamydia, be very careful who you sleep with. Good luck and get some medical attention soon.

  11. I wish I didnt read that

  12. miamr...sounds like you know what you're talking about......hhmmm!

  13. It's probably nothing - I've had loads of times where I've worried myself silly.  Don't panic - get it checked.  Find your local clinic and go there (it's completely confidential) - put your mind at rest - I'm sure you're ok!

    Take care. x
