Chloe is dated, it was used alot in the late 90's and early 00's. Plus, it sounds very juvenile and whiney.

I prefer Evelynn, I actually like the name Chloe better-it just sounds like a stripper(sorry). It'll be cute for a little girl but not a young woman, or an old one either. If you do name her Chloe, please give her a traditional/classic middle name like Elizabeth or Renee
