Please Please Help?

Ok, so VMK closed and my little sister, Maya, just found out and she is really sad. I told her I would help her find a new website. So we were looking and we found out that alot of people suggested Xivio. Well, when I signed her up and then tried to log her in, on the left side on the homepage, it wouldn't let me. Every time I typed in the username and the password, and then clicked Login, it just refreshed the page. She said she really really, wants to try that website and I feel real bad for her cause I HATE seeing her sad. So I guess my question is, Can anyone help me or tell me how to log in or if I am doing something wrong? Please? Thank you so much to everyone who helps. I just want to make her happy.

umm... if the password has:

caps-                                                check it

shifted words or letters-                  *mis*shift it

misspelled-                                      spell it right

or if:

haven't confirmed this when needed-confirm it

you misspell it wrong-                       then spell it right

your too dumb to do it- (no offense)-then you might need another website! try: Stardoll.com

IF this keeps happening you might want to try to make a new account. If that doesn't help there may be an error on the page. I'm not familar with the site so I hope that everything works out. ;]
