Please Please Please!!!! HELP!?

I have a huge fear of s s spiders =[[[[[[ please anything that you have tell me because I NEED to get rid of this fear you dont know how much this means to me.

stay away from them, Im the same seriously if there is one in the room i wont go in till some one gets the spider out and then they have to prove it !

no no am kidding  ,, try first to know why r u afraid of them....is it because they r big or small,, or because some of them are hairly lool,,  stay away from ,, this is normal ,, stay away from them!!

spiders are lovely. they are related to crabs rather than insects if that helps. if you hate flies and daddy long legs, then love spiders. i have pet spiders in my hut, and in my car, i am very careful when i clean out the old tattered webs not to disturb them.

look at the webs, are they not the most beautiful things?

Firstly tell us WHY you fear them. Is it their appearance? Their nature? The stories associated with them?

Most spiders are beneficial because they keep insects under control.  They eat flies and other bugs that can spread disease.

is this an extreme fear?  of all spiders?  what are your symptoms?...if it is a very extreme phobia you may contact a psychologist and undergo some therapy for long term benefits.  you can do gradual exposure to the things you fear (spiders) to decrease your sensitivity to it...desensitization

this type of therapy first starts with you being exposed to a picture of a spider, then you touching the picture, then a fake toy spider, then a real one, then being exposed to hundreds...gradually until you are not afraid anymore.

spiders are cool.  did u know that most female spiders devour the male spiders after intercourse. Why? because they can . talk about chick power
