Please Please help! Need help with Casting Auditions!?

I heard on Y! answers that CastingFusion.com is a good place for casting auditions, but my mom says since I have to pay for phase two: the casting conference, it's a scam.

Any websites you know that aren't scam sites?

yes it is a scam. and anything else that promises to get you work in exchange for lots of money is also a scam.  you're going to have to do it the old fashioned way. thats school plays for now, a college education, community theater, lessons, and mass mailings to legit agencies.
