dont use kuraz, use caius or raiza. kuraz sucks. granmarg is better. Ditch the ATK boosting spells and replace with heavy storm, premature burial, brain control. and get rid of tribute to the doomed. cut the traps exept cylinder and D.wall and put in Torrebtial tribute and mirror force (if you have it) if not use bottomless trap holes ot Sak's.  try and max on the best of your cards to improve consistency. Such as: 3 DD assailants and 3 freeds. i dont think the monarchs are needed but i you insist, dont use kuraz. to make 40 you could also consider trap dustshoot, ceasefire, marshmallon,  DDwarrior, and stratos with some wildhearts. you could also try giant rat to search exiled or wildheart.

keep kuraz because he is a warrior. don't use granmarg, its the worse monarch being that it can only target face down card and its won't grantee you will destroy anything. caius is the best monarch. add in  heavy storm, pre mature burial. for traps add in mirror force or torrential tribute

It's a descent deck. I'd add a couple more trap cards. Try adding 2 more Dimension Walls and maybe a Shrink would do some good. By the way, Tribute to the Doomed is banned so you might want to take that out.
