    I highly recommend taking out gravity bind, because Volcanic Doomfire can't attack. You might want to add in a Final Countdown(spell card)


  2. I see a lot of potential, but at the same time a lot of problems.

    First off this decks biggest weakness is the horrible proportions, your monster/magic/trap balance is very off. If your opponenet summons a jinzo you seem kinda helpless, same with anyone that has a royal decree side-decked. Skull invitation is NOT good card, you go -1, meaning you use skull invitation and they lose nothing yet they still gain its effect. Negate attack should be replaced with magic cylinder, you should add a mirror force, bottomless trap hole, dust tornado and sakuretsu armor. And take out all of the less effective traps such as cemetary bomb, its really not as good at burning life points as you would think. Also if this is a defensive/burn deck as I suspect seeing the gravity bind, then you should add level limit area-B. Also a lava golem, nightmare wheel and 3 stealth birds. You should add UFO turtle for defense and a raging flame sprite for offense. Consider taking out a few monster cards like dark fire soldier #2 and 1 Volcanic hammerer. Swords is better than nightmares steel cage. Also sense your magic/traps seem to be your main line of defense consider adding something to protect them from a heavy storm? such as magic drain or maybe judgement of anubis. Hope this helped.

  4. This Deck I'd give a 6 / 10.

    It needs some tweaking, especially in the KEY card category.

    Reduce the Trap Card count to at least 7 or lower. Increase the Spell Card count to 12 at the max and 8 at the minimum.

    # of Monsters are okay but get rid of Volcanic Queen and Mask of Darkness. I know you want a theme but you shoudn't push the theme TOO far. Basically, you need to include Staple-type cards.

    Add in Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, and Threatening Roar.

    Add in Heavy Storm, Swords of Revealing Light, and Scapegoat.

    Add in Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon, Morphing Jar, and Sangan.

    (Add those cards in whilst taking others out/replacing them)\

    The deck follows advanced rules but wouldn't stand well in a tournament-based area of play. Usually, when a card is on the limited list, it is used consistently in decks.

  5. okay, here is what you do: replace every card in your deck with Dark Armed Dragon. at $200 a pop, that will be about $8000, but it will be worth it...seriouly.

    okay, not really. What you need to do is try to find some ways to make your deck more centered around the volcanics. Take out others such as skull invitation, coffin seller, negate attack, darkfire soldier, etc. And then, you need to actually give up a few of your volcanic monsters, as you have waaayy to many, and get some staples such as sangan, spirit reaper, snipe hunter, etc. Check some of the decks that have been winning tourneys and see what cards they all have in common. also, this deck lacks monster destruction. sometimes sitting behind a nightmare cage while you have a few monarches waiting for you on the other side is a bad place to be, so throw in lightning vortex and mirror force.
