Try teaching your rhydon horn drill: it's a one hit KO.

you can get tyranitar and dragonite off the GTS.

Dragonite and ite pre-evolutions can be found in Mt. Coronet, Tyranitar can be found in the grass above oreburgh.

Hmm, looks good. But I think you can replace Lucario with someone better, like Tyrannitar or Dragonite maybe? Tyrannitar will REALLY help you if someone uses Shedinja. It's Sand Stream will knock out Shedinja, and it has better movesets. So, replace Lucario with Tyrannitar or Dragonite, and you'll have an excellent team

Your team is decent. Obviously not the best but good enough(7.0).

1.Lucario:Get rid of Copy Cat for either crunch or dark pulse, depending if you are going to use close combat or aura sphere.I guess you could keep counter but lose either fighting move for stone edge/extremespeed or shadow ball/psychic.

2.Sceptile would not be worth Slam, even with Swords Dance. But SC. would be better off having a choice specs moveset like:LeafStorm,Energy Ball,Dragon Pulse and Focus Blast.

3.Flygon: Keep it except rid Fly(because your opponent will know what's coming next and switch) with Roost.

4.Rhyperior is awsome too just replace hammer arm since its other moves cover what fighting can with swords dance.

5.Empoleon suits itself as support or sponge. Why have cut and waterfall when you can setup Stealth Rock?Just replace blizzard with ice beam and add grass knot and you're good to go!

6.First of all, Alakazam has HORRIBLE attack so instantly get rid of psycho cut even if against blissey. Second, alakazam just needs either recover, or calm mind and your team is good to go (unless you didn't IV breed or EV train).

To find a Tyranitar, either migrate a Larvitar/Pupitar/Tyranitar from Leafgreen/Firered(found in the Sevault Canyon or something like that) and evolve. Or in Diamond, use the Poke Radar in Route 207 a few times to find Larvitar. In Pearl you must trade or migrate.

For Dragonite, migrate dratini,etc. from "  "(found in Safari zone or game corner) and evolve. Or, in Mt. Coronet 4f(near Waterfall), fish using a Super Rod to get either Dratini or Dragonair.

          AND YES, I DO COMPETITIVE BATTLE unlike other answerers. Just saying... I'm not trying to offend anyone. Fun Battling is cool too. Hope this helps!
