Sorry i don't know anything about that . If you want to find that site legit or not you can follow the below steps

    1) Do proper research:

First you can to do a proper research something like face book or any other social networking sites page. You can check previous deals and users response on them

    2) Read customer reviews

Customer reviews is also  very important so you can regularly check for the customer review of a page.

    3) Use whois lookup  tool :

You can use whois information here they are providing all details like website owner contact details, email id,phone no.etcc.

First you can check all of them whether the phone no,email id and contact details is right or wrong.

If it is right means it is a good website. You can use that site.

If you find the  whois information is fake please don't make order or use this site.

If you need whois look up tool you can visit this site WhoisXY.com here you can get the full information about  that  particular website .

  2. Be aware of this company at all cost!!!  Cost being the operative word here.  They are extremely difficult to contact once they have your information and credit card number.  They will repeatedly ask for the same information to be sent - over and over and provide no service or documents.  If you try to cancel the order they will immediately charge your credit card a "processing" fee.  They claimed the documents I sent them were "lost" and couldn't account for them.  At the least their business is very lax in securing your information.  At the worst - who knows where your information ends up.

  3. NOT LEGITIMATE AT ALL!!! TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST! MY VERIFICATION DOCUMENT WAS REJECTED 5 TIMES. THEY COULD NOT EVEN KEEP THEIR LIES STRAIGHT, SO THE 4TH TIME THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.  NO PROSPECTS OF GETTING THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND 29.99$ BACK.

  4. I would like to point out that the prior statement is either false or from a very lucky individual. VitalChek delivers poor service and may even send your personal information to complete strangers. This information could range from birth certificates to your very own social security number.
