If you read the website...there is an English version button at the top. I would suggest clicking on this first to translate the site. If you have further questions I would suggest emailing the administration (in English) to ask.

If your cousin is having troubles translating the site, how will they be able to attend a Spanish language university?

I believe they dont have a film studies department at IAUPR. Email an admissions person and ask.
