Seems like a good start. I can see why you would want to go offshore and all of the advantages that go along with it. I would research the company a little thorougher just to make sure that they haven't had any reports against them or if they are attached to any venture capital or HYIPs.

Looks ok to me.  What would you like to know about it?

If you're asking if you should do it or not, it all depends on your particular circumstances.  If you've got a lot of money and don't want people snooping into it, then maybe.  If you're an average person w/ average things to worry about, etc, then I might not bother with it for now.
