Please! Who can help me find the right outfit for the first day of school?

Hi my name is Brenda, I am 13 and I am going into 8th grade. I have changed a lot over the summer and I want like to look really good for the first day of school. I have pretty much the same style as selena gomez in wizards of waverly place. Here’s a picture of her….

I shop at Hollister, pac sun, aeropostale and hot topic. My favorite colors are orange, yellow, blue, pink, green, purple and black. I love bright colors. I also want to wear make up for the first time. I don’t want it over the top just natural and pretty please. I have pale skin (like a ghost) and hazel eyes (that are more green than brown). Here’s a couple of pictures of me.

Why don't you wear a softer bright colored strapless dress (pale yellow, light orange, bold blue, pink, etc) and wear a black vest over top? Add some cute sandals, a couple of bangles, and of course your natural pretty self? For make-up, I'd wear a light foundation (depends on occasional blemishes that want to be concealed) that is basically the same shade as your regular skin, a light shade of gold shimmer eye shadow, a bronze eyeliner that are more noticeable at the ends of your eyes (which makes them more brighter), a light tan blush for the apples of your cheeks to bring out the gold in your eye lids (don't forget to blend!), and a light coffee colored lip-gloss will complete it all. You can change anything about these tips to work better for your skin type or preferred look.
