Please advise...how do you use photo-bucket or sites that allow you to download pictures ...?

Question

I have seen a couple of times where a person on yahoo answer will have a picture of themselves or an item...create a link and have their picture pop up.

...how is this done...does it cost anything.

...thanks for your help.

Just create an account with photobucket http://www.photobucket.com or flickr http://www.flickr.com and upload your photos there. Step by step instructions are provided. Signing up, uploading and downloading won't cost you anything.
