Would it be wise to buy a CFC stock? I assume bac is buying out by the end of 3rd quarter, cfc share would go up or not?

Leave that for the professional abitrageurs.  There is no way to tell what kind of sentiment will prevail or a guarantee that a deal will even go through.

You have to ask yourself: do you feel lucky?  Well, do you?

You may have more luck and fun at a casino.

For my money I might try an ETF which covers finacials: Financial Select Sector SPDR (XLF).

or Vanguards VFH which holds CFC stock.  Good luck.
