Hi, i have not seen you to determine whether you may need surgery or not, but if you were born with a disability which need some correction then yes i may recommend a surgery, if you want a surgery to look like lady X or boy Y then you need to see a counselor. Please you are beautiful and you carry the IMAGE of GOD do not spoil it, and also remember no one is like you in the world you are special in your on beautiful way just LOVE your self and have a good heart towards people and you will be amazed how much you will touch peoples life around you.
