rhodes is a beutiful place to visit, lots to see and do, yes it will be hot , but its a different type of heat to here, your not sweaty n smelly over there, you should check out the hotel on trip advisor, just follow the instructions on there, greek hotel stars arnt the same as here, i might not be the hilton, but it will be clean and tidy, and have all you need, so enjoy a nice greek island

Just come back from Rhodes a few weeks ago.  I stayed in a 4 star hotel called Oceanis.   I did`nt like the hotel at all.   If that is 4 star I`m a Chinaman.   So you have to be very careful about the accommodation, there are lots of rough places, that look good in the brochure.  Also the weather will be uncomfortably hot.    Having said that, the island is beautiful, and the people are friendly, so if you get lucky with the accommodation you will have a good holiday.
