well me and my sister need to start a new life and we are running away to toronto,we live in athens alabama and i am wondering if there is one specific highway we can stay on through the whole trip.

There isn't just one highway number all that distance, but you don't have to go out of your way to get from one to another.  Hwy 65 will take you all the way through Tennessee and Kentucky to Indianapolis, Indiana.  From there, you will be on Hwy 69 all the way to the border between Michigan and Ontario (near Sarnia).  The Hwy number then becomes 402, and you take that for a short distance to Hwy 401 (the Macdonald-Cartier Freeway), which goes right to Toronto.
