  1. Go to the DVLA website, and you should be able to find all the information you need about licencing etc.

  2. this site will tell you everything you need to know.

  3. try this site

    http://www.begin-motorcycling.co.uk/

  4. You can send in an application at reasonable timing, but it will not allow you to ride or drive any vehicles until the Category start date, shown on the back.

They take 10 days to arrive, so you should order it one month before your birthday, to ensure it arrives.

http://www.beginmotorcycling.co.uk/ - This is an excellent site, and will give you the low down on Provissional Motorcycling.

You may or may not already know this, but I'll give you some bonus information :

    - Provissional Licence Arrives

    - CBT Course (50cc) Takes 1 day, approximately.

    - You are allowed to ride for 2 years on the certification

    - Theory test Must be taken within the 2 years

    - Practical test Must be taken within the 2 years also

However, when you're 17, you may wish to ride a 125cc Bike, so that will involve taking another CBT. If you chose to do it that way, then you would not need to take the motorcycle tests, because the CBT can expire, as you're being issued with a newer 125cc one.
