Please answer if you have ever taken a pregnancy test before your period was due!?

did it say in the instructions you can use this test from the first day of your missed period?

did you still get a positive before your period was due?

No I tested 2 days before my period and got negative...and i got my period a few days later.

I got a positive 3 days before my period! I even went to the clinic and the lady didn't want to give me a pregnancy test because she said it was too soon, but I was paying for it so she did it anyway and a big fat positive was on the test.

i tested a week before i was due on and got a positive! im now 36 weeks pregnant

I took all 3 of my tests before my periods were due and all 3 were positive (3 pregnancies)

I used the 'first response' tests, I find them to be the best, I always knew I was pregnant about 2 weeks before my period was due, something just always felt different about my body and my instincts were right, I took the tests alot earlier than the box says and they still worked for me, my pregnancy hormone must be REALLY strong to show up so early

I took 2 tests 3 days before my period and another test on the day my period came. I took I think a Rite Aid or a Duane Reade brand first, it said positive, and I didn't believe it because it wasn't a well known brand and I thought it was lying. Then I bought First Response, and it was also positive. I read up on this and it is almost imposible to get a false positive. So if it says you're positive, you must be preggers!

With my first two pregnancies I was late so I took the home pregnancy tests and they were positive. With my 3rd baby I took the test 4 days b4 i was supposed to start, bc I almost fainted at work and it was positive. With my 4th baby, that I am pregnant with now, I took a home test after I was a week late and it was still negative. I had to go in for a blood test to get the positive.

I have 2 children and am currently pregnant again.

1st baby - tested 4 days before and it was positive took 8 minutes and was very faint line (early bird test, not sure if you can still get these)

2nd baby-tested 6 days before and it was positive within 1 minute very dark test line (early bird test, not sure if you can still get these)

3rd baby tested 6 days before and was positive within 3 minutes very faint (ebay)

the last test I used was from ebay and tested positive very early from 10 hcg

first reponse say you can test 6 days before, or clearblu 4 days but I have no experience of using these ones

itested 3 days before my period and got a positive but it was a first response test that is designed to detect pregnancy before a period is missed

Well, I took my test a day after my period was suppose to come!

No, I tested 5 days before... got a neg.  Tested 2 days before... got a neg.  Tested the day of my missed... got a pos.  Currently 8.5 months prego!!!
