im 15 and im a virgin!...today i "hooked up" with this guy..and i dont wanna be too descriptive...but we like rubbed on each other (he was wearing underwear..i was in a skirt) and he said that he accidently ejaculated!

is their any chance i oculd be pregnant or am i freakin out over nothing?

You're most likely not pregnant, what you did is called dry humping.

Though, because you were wearing a skirt..if you think there's a chance some s***n got close or into your v****a, you may want to worry a bit. Just wait it out,and see if you get your period..if you don't get it on time, wait about a week and go get a pregnancy test.
