  1. sure its leagel just dont film cops beating any one or they will kill you

  2. Does depend on the state some states require parental consent.  You can make money at that age and showing that initiative is great at that age.  Pursue it what will happen is if someone hires you from a company they will know the law and have the proper paperwork.

  3. Why would it be illegal? If you are doing this for income, just keep your records up and pay your taxes.

  4. Yes...

  5. it mostly depends on your school districts rules. if you do it once in a while it is OK everywhere in the US. If it is a regular gig where you are putting on a lot of time then some schools require you to have clearance.

So if your hobby is photography and you get a nice pic you want to sell there is no problem. if you are hiring yourself out for weddings there is a slight chance it will be a problem. Not illegal but possibly against the school district rules.

  6. depends on the state

  7. You can own a camera.

    You can take pictures

If someone wants to buy your pictures you can sell them.

You are also subject to every other law.  So, if you take pictures in a manner that constitutes a crime, you will be charged.  As a juvenile you are subject to the control of your parents and must go to school.  If you are taking pictures when you ought to be in school, you will be in as much trouble as somoen skipping school to go to the beach.  I hope this answers your question.

  8. i dont think so, b/c in most states its illegal for a minor to enter into a contract and in order to be a free lance you would have to have some kind of a contract
