  1. Toronto--Canada or California?

    OK!

My pals at Chowhound.com have helped me out with the following suggestions!

    1) "You could take over the entire coach house at the Red Tea Box. A bit of tea, pretty cakes and hours of yammering between gal pals. That might be fun. They don't have a website but this review gives a good description:"

    2) "If I was 16 again, i would want to be around the crowds, so try some of the younger Pub type settings. The Madison by the university or Hemmingways in Yorkville for people who want some cheap food while watching the other young people would probably be fun. No age requirement for dinner."

and 3) "I think they should go to Maro. It's in the Liberty Village area. Big resto/nightclub in an old ware house, but very cool and stylish inside. The food is quite good, a mix of Asian and American. They have a sushi bar at one end. Great desserts. They can easily do a huge table. You can dress up in you hottest clothes and fit right in. And after about 10pm, they pull away half the tables and it becomes a dance floor."

  5. Girly? You could all go to the Bata shoe museum and then to a restaurant for dinner near there. It's at 327 Bloor St. W. (southwest corner of Bloor & St. George). There are lots of places to eat around there. Here's their website. Give them a call and ask for their suggestions about where to eat.
