Please answer my questionss!?

so, I'm fourteen, 5"4' , and weigh about 95 pounds.

people are always saying that I'm so skinny. and it pisses me off. it's my body i obviously know I'm skinny. my doctor tells me i should gain weight but i have a fast metabolism so its hard. i don't know what to eat.

&whenever i put my feet together i get this gap in between my legs. I hate it. &i want to get rid of it. i want great legs but idk what i have to do for it.

&ahha, is there anyway to get bigger b***s by eating or something? ahaha.

So over all:

I want to gain weight.

I want great legs.

I want bigger b***s.

I want bigger butt.

So the questions are;

How can i gain weight?

Is there any specific foods i should be eating to get any of the above?

&what kind of exercising should i be doing?

    Skimp on the carbs and eat mostly protein and healthy fats

    I want great legs.

    Squats, leg presses, leg extensions

    I want bigger b***s.

    Exercises that make the muscles under the fat bigger. So chest exercises.

    I want bigger butt.

    Eat lots of food. Make sure you get protein at every meal. Don&#039;t skip breakfast

    Is there any specific foods i should be eating to get any of the above?

    Chicken breast, turkey b*****s (lean proteins), nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables

Girls your age usually do not get enough protein.  You want to put weight on in a healthy manner so increase the amount of protein you intake per day.  It helps if you drink at least one whey protein shake a day.  Try to get about one gram per lb of your body weight.  Don&#039;t forget to work out.  You need less cardio, and more strength training.  You need to focus on squats and other legs exercises. This will help your butt and legs.  You can also do some chest exercises to help make your b***s look bigger. Try some push ups or bench presses with the bar only, and about 3 sets of 20 reps every 3 days.  Just remember to always get enough protein or else your workouts will be done in vain.

    To gain weight you need to start taking in more calories than you do right now.  Try adding an extra meal to your day of about 500 calories.

    Ex.

    2 bananas

    1 glass of milk

    few ounces of a lean meat

    If you still aren&#039;t gaining weight add a little more.

    Start exercising will help these things.  Especially exercises like squats will really help your legs and butt.  They are definitely a must in my opinion.
