i have a great story idea but i want it to be a mystery.....i need a good mystery case but nothing to gory

any HELPFUL answer would be appriceated

how about a really quite guy or girl dissapears in a really small town and the main character suddenly mysteriously sees him/her 1 day (she/he is the only 1 who sees) <3 amanda

and she was supposed to be dead 10 YEARS......they also find out the body is fresh!.....................
