I live in philadelphia and i need to know where can i get tins of yugioh cards

most Targets and toys r us have them try those places.

Wallmart is a great place, and Target is too. You should see them near the check out area. If not then you could buy them online if you look carefully, and make sure if you find some online, keep that page and keep looking until you have about three to compare cheapest prices and best quality :D

But for stores, like I said, Walmart or Target shod do
