Please answer...this dream really freaks me out?

once a week i have a dream where im walking in a cemetary. this hands comes out of the ground and grabes my ankle. then i wake up and there is a hand mark on my ankle...then it disappears in front of me. what does this mean?

you are a demon or you have them in your body. or maybe someone is trying to reach you. has someone in your family died recently?

You probably have nightmares often, that is a sign that you are living in the grave and have not been born yet . Seek to be born and all nightmares will cease. Living in the grave is another way of saying, "living in fear" of death. You are in fear of death because you haven't lived yet, meaning you haven't fulfilled ALL of your wildest dreams. Make real attempts at fulfilling these dreams of yours, no matter how crazy, then it will be possible to be born. Give birth to yourself, and you will rest easy. Sweet Dreams.

The dream suggest you are afraid of someone limiting your freedom, maybe over controlling you.  It is likely during the dream you are grabbing your ankle and thus the hand mark.  

BTW, how did you notice the hand mark in the dark?

The cemetery represents your life and how you feel about it right now.  There is something in your life the you feel like you are at a dead end, stuck or no way out.  It could be a job, relationship, responsibility.  But you feel like it dragging you down with it.  You need to decide what it is and get out of it and move on with your life.  Life is too short to live it at a dead end.

The hand print that you see -- could be coincidental or possibly a symptom of another kind of problem - spiritually.
