last night i had a dream that i was a transsexual. does it mean anything?

well if you've only had the dream once it mean nothink but if you have it more than once it means your holding back about your sexuality or something.

Most likely it probably means that last night you dreamt about being a transsexual, and nothing much more than that.

Such a dream about transexuality doesn't necessarily have to be taken literally.  However, your dream could be symbolic of feelings of frustration or anger, which was presented in an abstract manner. Such a dream is the subconscious mind's attempt to deal with an unresolved issue, and the subconscious is trying to find solutions.  So, the best thing would be to think consciously about the problem at hand, and actively work toward finding a resolution each and every day.
