Please answer this question about playstation 2

i opened my playstation 2 to clean it but the power strip ripped now it does not work is there a way to fix it?

Get a cheap one off ebay or buy a brand new slimline one for about £90.

this site will give you a playstation 3 just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want a ps3 (like me).

Okay, so I'm guessing you opened up your PS2 by taking off the case, to clean the laser lens manually? But about the ''power strip'', do you mean the film-like strip that's actually inside the PS2? If you tore that, your PS2 is pretty much shot. I don't think you can fix it.

If your talking about the plug i beleive they sell them at game stop if you ask man or just drop by game stop and ask them to take a look at that because they would probably know what to do better then point monger noobs here on Yahoo Answers.
