Please answer...what type of green technologies to use to contstruct a home,school,buildings ect?

Geothermal heating and cooling, passive solar heating, solar hot water heating, straw bale construction, solar panels, wind turbines, micro-hydro electricity...

All of this just depends on exactly what each individual situation is.  And it sounds a lot like a school project that you should be researching yourself.

As stated above, geothermal, solar (active and passive), ICF, SIPS, insulation to make houses more energy efficient, alternative framing, etc, etc.
