  1. Hey. I am 24 weeks pregnant. I feel my daughter everyday. But something I have noticed is some days when I do a lot of cleaning or walking that I don't feel her moving nearly as much for the rest of the day. Also I tend to be much more sore hours later, or even the next day. So that "may" be what you are experiencing. To be on the safe side, maybe just call your doctor and see what they say. Congrats on the pregnancy !!!

  2. I'm not too sure how to do it but i'm sure you can find it on the internet

try to do fetal kick counts... i think thats what its called and if you have less than a certain amount in the amount of tim esuggested you are to go to the hospital but givin how your day and night went i'm sure you are fine... your baby could just be having a lazy too from the busy day yesterday

what i used to do when i got worried about this i i just used to lie on my back n poke my tummy to get my baby moving around a bit n when i did this i usually got a huge big kick right back

  3. Eat something sweet. And see if he's moving. If your baby has a regular pattern of kicks and he isn't moving at all today. Then I would suggest making a Dr. appointment and make sure everything is going ok. You may of just over did it yesterday and need to re-coupe

  4. Try not to worry. I get those under my ribs already and I am only 21 weeks. Sometimes if she doesnt kick for a while I get very nervous, but I would say its just a coincidence and it is probably just growing pains. Try to lay on your side and relax and see if you feel him kick or not. If not I would call your OB it won't hurt to ask or get it checked out, but chances are baby is just tired too. Best of luck!

  5. firstly, babies in utero sleep 18 hours  and are awake about six  hours.  even though you dont relaize it, the baby is working hard in there and growing at a rapid rate, so its most likly sleeping..  the reason people suggest drinking something sweet and waiting for a kick (if the baby is awake at the time) is the amneoitc fluid does change based on what you consume. so with that said sometimes when drinking sweet things, it gets the baby jumpy and then you may feel him/her. if you havnt felt anything by tomarrow, call your OB or you can even call the triage nurse in labor and delivery at your local hospital.. its a holiday tomarrow, so the doc office might not be open but the hospital will be.

  6. Drink some cold orange juice and relax.  I'm sure your baby is just fine.  If you don't feel him moving after you drink orange juice then you can always go to the ER so they'll check the heartbeat for ya.  That'll make you feel better I'm sure. Good luck Hun.

  7. if you dont feel any kicks in 10 hours from waking then go to er but the sharp pain could be from walking to much and your baby could be tired too so he maybe sleepng or try a warm bath or drink something cold or place a cold t-towel or hand towel on your bump to encourage him to move but like i say if theres no kicks after them 10 hours the go straight to er but he should be just fine and your getting bigger all the time and baby can start to slow down his movments, good luck hun and please do let us knowxxxxx

  8. You need to remember what the baby's normal pattern is, probably with all the movement yesterdays, baby is just tired and decided to sleep in, but what my doctor recommended is to take something cold (OJ) and lay on my back for couple minutes. You might be able to feel  soft movements. Now check for an hour and count any movement you feel, even the small ones count. Babies usually move at least ten times in 1 hour. If you can't count ten movements in 1 hour, while paying close attention, then call your midwife and / or go in to the ER, they will monitor the heartbeat or have an ultrasound if necessary .

God bless and don't stress that is not good for you or the baby!!!

  9. They say that you should feel at least a little bit of movement every day. Im pregnant with # 2 and I was always worried about the movement. When I thought I hadnt been feeling her move I would drink some juice, sit on the couch, and watch how long I would go before feeling her kick. If you sit there for more than an hour, go to ER and have them check your baby. Good luck and I hope everything is OK.

  10. Don't worry, check it out,  you did not roll over weird, the baby is very protected inside your womb.  Secondly, when you walk, they baby is being rocked inside you.  Babies are generally active while you are resting because they aren't being rocked anymore.  If there was a problem, God forbid, your body would know and would be getting rid of what was wrong.  As long as you don't have any bleeding, I really wouldn't worry.

  11. does he usually kick every single day? i don't know how to advise you really cos i havent been pregnant yet but if he kicks every single day and hasn't today then i would say you should go to the E.R. good luck!

  12. I had pains like that frequently if I walked too much or overdid it. The baby might be resting as much as you needed to rest. Take it easy and remember you're pregnant. You can't do as much as you could when you weren't. If you ever get nervous, go into Labor and Delivery. They'll hook you up to a few machines to check your heart rate, the baby's heart rate, and your contractions (if you're having any). That's what they're there for. Don't feel bad going in.
