I need help because my english is not that good. and i dont really understand

In a well-developed three to five paragraph essay, discuss your investigation. Report to your editor on the nature of the responses of your survey takers. Be sure to include a discussion of how many of your survey takers understood global warming before an explanation, what other issues they found more and less important than global warming, their feelings about global warming as a controversy, and their response to the Kyoto Protocol and the U.S. stance on the document.

It looks like first you have to make up a survey. By the looks of the paragraph the topic is global warming and the U.S. refusal to sign the Kyoto Accords.

Then you have to write an essay (and no, I won't do that for you) on the information you got from the survey.

In your essay, write about the results of your survey.

You also need to include:

How many of the people who took your survey understood global warming?

Did they think there were other things more important? Less important?

Did they think global warming was controversial?

And finally, how did they feel about the U.S.

Not being good in English is no excuse NOT to write your own essay. In fact, just the opposite. You will not become better without practice.
