I've been taking IT certification exams since 1996.  In that time, I've taken somewhere between 25-30 exams from various companies.  I was recently preparing for the 70-284 (Exchange 2003) exam.  I have always used Self Test Software study materials when needed.  A colleague suggested I try TestKing.  Their materials were somewhat less expensive, so I gave them a try.  Now, I can't speak the quality of the study guides for the exams you are asking about, but the ones for 70-284 were absolute garbage.  Many of the questions made no sense, some seemed incomplete and some answers were just wrong.  I gave up using them and bought another set from SelfTestSoftware.  Once I had the SelfTestSoftware set, I had an idea of why TestKing's were so bad.  It appeared as though TestKing took the SelfTestSoftware materials, changed some of the information, then passed the questions off as their own.  The only problem was that whoever changed the questions didn't understand Exchange.  The changes made no longer made sense in the context of the question.  

The most amusing part was their "guarantee".  If you weren't satisfied, you would get credit toward another study guide.  I viewed it as the classic joke about the guarantee from your trash collector: "satisfaction guaranteed or double your garbage back".

Moral of the story:  you're taking your chances asking for TestKing materials.  I'd suggest SeftTestSoftware.
