  1. Just write like a friend. Put how much you like him,and how good he is at what he does.

  2. I don't know very much about writing fan mail, but you answered my question, so I'll give it a shot. I suppose it depends on a couple things. Firstly, why are you a fan? Do you aspire to be a fashion designer? Did this person inspire you in any aspect of your life? Include that in your letter and just let the person know that you appreciate their work. It is a challenge though, to write something that stands out without being stalker-ish. I suppose you should just be honest.

  3. just put something like hey hows it going and stuff and talk about his designs and like your favroite one of his designes and stuff like that and talk about what makes his design unique and if you want him to reply say like you want to become a designer as well and ask if he has like any advice for you. i dont think you should be all like omg i love you and stuff

  4. i would mix it up

make sure that you sound like a fan but not one of those OMG I AM YOUR BIGGEST FAN c**p type fans.

    just play it kinda cool:

hi my name is blah and i think your awesome and blah blah stuff like that. then move into stuff that sound kind of friendy type. ask him a question or too. oh and whatever you do DON'T sound like you know too much about the person.

    hope this helps.

  5. Ask them about the rest of their goals, new deals; anything but going on and on about Project Runway. They're probably so tired of talking about it that they would just tune you out. I wouldn't act like a friend either; figure out what you would ask about just a normal person; say at a supermarket or bank line. They'd appreciate someone seeing them as a whole person, not just an image.

  6. i would suggest just telling them how you love work and you just would like to tell them so. Say it inspires you or something. Not real sure, just be yourself :)
